Been a customer for a while, but the customer service is lacking. No urgency to resolve issues. I had a skid from the states delivered on June 9th and it was not added to my account even though it was signed for by them. Now almost a month later and constant reach out to their support email, all I get is the run around that they are contacting their US team with no timeline to a resolution. 2000 dollars of goods sitting lost in a warehouse with no number to call to address issues. Horrible.

UPDATE: Management was able to reimburse me for the skid they lost. Moving my review to a 3 star, would like to see them work on better customer service. Having a number to call and being able to identify who you are speaking to over chat would have made the issue resolved much faster.

UPDATE: Again with poor customer service. Charging a storage fee for an item marked for delivery with a service they offer. Pretty ridiculous when they already charge a delivery fee on top. Will be moving my services elsewhere.

The company sends good email updates and has very clear rules to follow. The UI takes some getting used to but after a few orders it all starts to make sense.
