I had a terrible experience with First Flight Toronto. I sent a package from Toronto to Mumbai and first of all it was really expensive. I thought if it's expensive, they will deliver it without any damage. But to my shock, some of the things were broken, which were of great value to me. When I called them and asked the reason for it, there wasn't any appropriate reply and they asked me to check back in 3 weeks. I asked for an exemption for the loss but they didn't provide any. They only said- next time we can work out something. I wouldn't recommend going with them. They should be a little more professional in their service.

Like many Indians, I was skeptical about trusting a courier service to send my stuff back to india . But then I heard about first flight ..at first I couldn't belive the pricing because I found it to be super affordable and quite flexible . They have been godsend, and I would like specially give a shout out to balwinder from the Scarborough location , he has been very helpful , kind , supportive and knowledgeable. Great customer service on his end. That's why my experience wuth first flight has been amazing . I have sent 3 separate parcels already and received them at the stipulated time back home . Their service made me moving back to india that much more stress-free. Thank you for all the help balwinder .

They are not transparent on details that is being provided to you. Even after paying all mentioned charges to send 23kgs bag to India , they will still ask you to pay custom duty which is actually a customer duty for which you will not get any proof of receipt or bill and if you ask for any receipt they will say you will not get your bag if you don’t pay.
So they are misleading by saying it’s a custom duty but actually it is not!!! Also people who will contact you in India are totally unprofessional.
