When I first moved to West Kelowna, I was in desperate need of a reasonable storage spot. I came across Mega Storage through google, and inquired with Geoff (the owner) who not only gave me a good quote, but also drove to the lot, and signed me up outside of business hours. When the time came that I no longer needed storage, I had requested an extension to move my trailer out the following day. Geoff not only granted me permission for a late check out, but also told me I could take as long as I needed (within reason) for being such loyal customers.

The facility itself is very secure, and I had no issues for the 5 years I was there. There are security cameras around the premise, and a strict, no follow in, and wait till the gate closes policy that everyone seemed to abides to. I recommend anyone looking for reasonable storage prices and great customer satisfaction to contact Mega Storage for a quote.
