Le service client est exceptionnel. Steve et le personnel sont toujours très utiles, honnêtes et faciles à communiquer avec. Si je devais recommencer à récupérer un autre unité de stockage, je n'hésiterais pas à appeler Steve et à apporter mes affaires à Westbank Self Storage.

Fantastic service and great easy-access units. The first time I called, Steve didn't have any units available, so he told me about his competitor's options. Helping each other out is how business should be done - it's how I run mine. I was so impressed that I called once a week until he had one. Very happy to be doing business with one of the good guys.

Seriously the best! Moved back to the okanagan from Alberta and Steve has got to have the best customer service from start to finish. Prices are very resonable and after not being able to make it to the facility to meet the movers to unlad on a saturday during July long weekend Steve and his partner accomodated and are the most considerate! Thank you so much! We will recommend you to everyone we know 🙂

Saved me $700!
Steve was excellent help. Our Uhaul trailer was going to cost a crazy $1300 one-way. Instead of telling me to go online myself and try several other drop-off locations, he said he would call me back. Half an hour later, after trying various locations along or route, he called me back with a different drop-off and the cost was only $600. I didn't have to do a thing. This was really going above and beyond to deliver great customer service. Thank you!
