I am very glad I got Rouz to help me with my storage needs. So thorough, detailed, calm and so very kind. He’s patient and doesn’t rush you to figure things out without giving you all your options to choose from. He walked me through the sizing down to the inches and measured the unit options and compared them to my old one to find the perfect fit for me. This is someone I would have loved when I first got a unit in 2019. So grateful to have met him I cannot stress this enough. Ask for him when you go in. The store manager was nice but a little snarky when I was there it was a tad uncomfortable. Other than that I would recommend this place solely because of Rouz. He’s a diamond in the ruff at the place. He makes you feel like family, I left feeling like a valued customer which I’d say is honestly so rare nowadays.
