Wow, what a great service. Exceptional honestly

Booking:
The booking was easy, friendly and straightforward. The booking agent was about as nice as a person can get. I called back a few times with clarifiying questions and she was happy to help and not a hint of annoyance.

Driver
On time to the minute (5:15 am pickup), brand new van, and very professional driver (I wish I could remember his name to give him credit). It’s a long and windy road over some mountains and I always felt safe with his driving. Mid-way stop at Tim Hortons for coffee and leg stretch. Helped with luggage without asking.

Summary.
I have used a lot of shuttles for skiing and this one is up there with the best. Highly recommended. Kudos to the team that really makes this service excellence stand out.

It has been twice continuously that the new drive doesn’t come to the Mackenzie Village bus stop at 7:46 Am. 29 September and 30 September. He goes to Mountain Resort and comes straight to the Downtown. Because of that I missed the shifts. Please let him we have only shuttle service to get our work and home.

Absolute fantastic service. Peter was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Made the journey a lot easier. The office called to confirm timings and pick up locations. The driver arrived a little bit earlier which helped with the whole experience. Early bird catches the worm.

Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a transfer.

Great Service both ways to and from Kelowna Airport to my accomodation in Revelstoke. Peter was the driver from the airport and Al on the trip home both have good stories and knowledge & history being locals. Thank you to Courtney in the office too for helping make the times align better. Nice Lux touch with the Limo service too! Thank you
