check in was fast and easy with front desk staff being very friendly and helpful. Beds were great, very comfortable and well stocked.|Breakfast was great with lots to eat if you aren’t fussy! breakfast room was clean and a staff member in attendance most of the time to keep tables cleared and cleaned. | |We only had a couple of problems, room was very small for 3 adult guests and we were out in a pet friendly room that did not smell great, nor did the whole first floor. My advice, don’t put guests without pets into pet friendly rooms please!!!

Room 107 is big enough for 2 people and 1 child. Me, my wife, my child and my small dog fit in this gigantic king size bed. Sleep was great bc we could adjust temperature to our liking. People working there were nice, but I'm concerned no one came in to change our sheets and towels. It might be because it was a weekend, but I'm not sure. Otherwise a great location (it's literally beside 2 gas stations, and Tim's!)

The hotel rooms do need some attention. Such as the toilet seat in the bathroom being very loose to sit on and the air conditioning smelt very musty when on so we couldn’t use it so turned it off, dirty windows on inside are quite gross. They need cleaning as well as the tracks and frames and a paint job perhaps. Things like that that should be addressed to be cared for and checked for room for customer use.||||Also I was not able to check in or check out with the online service. It would not work. I had to wait to use desk at hotel. The people at the front desk said that happens to a lot of people.

This hotel is an excellent value. The room was clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The breakfast was good with ample food selection and very well organized. Realizing that this is a budget hotel, the public areas are nice but not impressive, the room make up forte and make this a very good value.

It's an older hotel, but the rooms were very clean and the service was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. Would stay their again.
