My husband and I are very impressed with CMX. Chris was absolutely professional and friendly to deal with. The toboggan was ready for pickup as Chris stated it would be and the staff were all accommodating. Although it was a 6 hr drive, you made the trip worth it because you showed respect and courtesy to us. Customers appreciate that respect. Thank you.😄

Had a flat tire on my Vstar motorcycle while coming through Swift Current. Another tire shop recommend them to fix my tire. They had what I needed fix the tire while we waited. They offered us drinks and washed the windshields on my bike and my companions bike. We were back the road in an hour. Great friendly and speedy service while saving the day on our across Western Canada trip. Highly recommended

One of my best dealer visit. This place is beautiful. You will find all you need for protection like helmets,gloves, boots and all your favorite toys. ATV's, sxs, motocross and street bikes. Lots of knowledgeable people to meet your expectations.

If you have a chance to use CMX for service, keep driving. I recently took. 2016 prowler in and asked to have the engine rebuilt. It had quite a few km on it and something had gone in the engine. No holes in the block or anything and it still turned over. I asked to look for a rebuilt based on availability and prove of parts but was told they could not find one. After 2 months and no word, I called in to see what was up. I was told waiting on parts and backlogs. Ok, postal strike was on in Canada and give them the benefit of the doubt. I finally got a call that it was finished after a different tech had to complete the work and an explanation that they would reduce some of the labour on it. I didn’t ask the price as I figured the explanation and time it was there ~4 months it wasn’t going to be pretty. After being told the book time to redo the engine was about 20 hours which seems high to be honest I knew it was going to be expensive. That being said, when I went to pick it up and they couldn’t detail what was wrong or what was fixed, the bill was astronomical. Somewhere in the price of a good used side by side with average km on it. Oh, and the starter doesnt really work right I was told when it was brought out to me after paying. For those of you that have had good service, I’m glad you got away without issues. Their warranty on a rebuilt engine? 30 days on parts !!! I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous nor been that disappointed in a service centre. So I now have a very expensive “rebuilt” engine with no warranty and a defunct starter that I have to use on the farm. Never again CMX. Shouldn’t have paid the bill but you’re over a barrel.

I had bought the Apex 36 Camp Chef from CMX, last summer the delivery and packaging was great no damage. Recently I had a small issue with the grill and after calling them it was completely resolved with in minutes. Prompt service and support goes a long way with me and have earned my patronage 10 fold.
