I take both of my kids here and couldn’t be happier. The orthodontic staff are wonderful—so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment is very comfortable, and the whole team is knowledgeable and great with kids, which makes the experience stress-free for everyone. Always a great experience from start to finish!

Dr. Basati was amazing on my tooth extraction and bone graft. Very good at explaining things super kind and comforting.

My experience with the Endodontist Dr. Basati and her assistant Yasmine was the best experience I have had in a medical or dental office in Canada so far.

Dr. Basati is very professional, knowledgable, friendly and a good listener. I especially appreciate the clear communication. At all times I knew what Dr. Basati and her assistant were doing and I also had a clear picture of the over all plan for my treatment. Dr. Basati took the time for me and answered all my questions. I felt respected and not judged. When I called because I was worried about the abscess that was slow to go away, everybody I talked to in that process was very friendly and understanding.

The root canal was done fast but thorough and not rushed. At both of my appointments I was surprised when she was done. She did the work in a gentle way and I didn’t have any complications afterwards.

I highly recommend Dr. Basati and felt very comfortable with both her and Yasmine.

Wow!!!! It's so amazing to walk into! My daughter and I looked around and saw all the historical displays and pictures. Children get to play in a "train caboose"! This is all a bonus because the staff are fantastic and made us feel welcome.

We moved to Chestermere a year ago and found a paediatric dental clinic. We saw Dr. Bennett, and let me tell you, he is an awful paediatric dentist. He is rude, disrespectful and someone who is really good at mom shaming! He obviously has no kids and doesn’t know how hard It is for a mom to stop breastfeeding her child. His assistant was amazing and an angel. Kind and sweet and understanding, but that’s probably because she’s a woman and understands what it takes to be a mom. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this clinic and my kids will see a dentist who is kind and loves his job!
