I shipped 3 packages and they lost 2 of them. The 3rd package was delivered super late, like a month. I had to open an investigation for the 3 packages. Very time consuming and stressful. Lost so much money. I don't think they care about the packages handed to them. I dont think its travel issues or weather or some unforeseen circumstances because what are the odds that all my shipments have issues? Will never ship with UPS again.

The service is so slow!!! There were two of them at the front. The lady was helping an old couple. While the other guy was just sitting there, he doesn’t want to search for packages to be picked up. He’s also very sexist! When I showed him my ID he said to wait, then he helped the guy behind me who also needs to pick up his package. He “attempted” to search for his package, while he just told me to wait again. There were already four people waiting. What kind of costumer service is that? If you see 5 star reviews, that’s because they are just offering 10% discount if you do 5 star Google for them.

I went to pick up my package today from this location because when I was making the UPS label according to their website if I choose any pick up location, I’m saving money but when I came to pick up suddenly from nowhere, they start asking $15 to release my package which is never mentioned at UPS website or anywhere else and when I asked, what are these charges for and they mention me because they are holding my package at their location, which is crazy and later they gave me package without charging me. It feels like it’s a completely scam.

Worst customer service. Guy at the counter name Ope has guys to tell me that just leave us 1 star review. I only asked him why I cannot use scan barcode option from UPD link that UPS sent me. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to give me the details. Only thing I got is that her name is Yanka. The Guy and Girl at the store refused to serve me and refused to answer any questions I have. Really worst customer service.

The reviews about this UPS store not having a physical location are incorrect. I have been here several times, and for the most part the service has been pretty good.

The reason I am giving a 3 star review here is because the store is supposed to open at 9:00 am Monday to Friday. Today is Friday, and the store was not open, nor was anyone inside preparing to open. It was dark inside, and the security bars were up. I was there from 8:55 am to 9:08 am, at which point I decided to give up and go to another location.

If this was someone's first experience at this UPS store, I could wholeheartedly see them giving it 1 star, but since I am a repeat customer, I gave 3 stars and I feel that I am generous in doing so. If this happens to me again, I will be sure to change my rating to 1 star as well as put in a formal complaint.
