I moved in July with these guys and this was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Stay far far away from this clown show.
The only positive part of the move was Simone in the office. They were able to get me scheduled and make changes to it as needed. That’s where the one singular positive ends.
In total, it took them 10 hours to move a single person 13km. They tried to blame things like the length of the hallway but I’ve done moves over greater distance with a similar hallway, as well as stairs, in a fraction of the time. These movers were incompetent.
The movers I ended up with must have been new to the job. Multiple boxes were flipped or stuff was dumped creating a mess, they couldn’t work the elevator even though their issue could never be recreated, and instead of using a ramp to load their truck they decided the power tailgate was the best choice.
It took them two hours to get from my old place to the new, blaming the truck battery. When they arrived the movers were finishing eating subway.
Upon arrival, Mina the manager immediately sent me an invoice for 1600. He wanted to charge for an incomplete move and for his workers to get lunch. I had to argue with him about this and he was incredibly rude. He though the best course of action was to shake me down in person, being even more patronizing, and while eventually he removed the two hours from the invoice by that time I think he wanted me to thank him for this. There is a serious customer service issue with this company.
Eventually they charged me almost 1400 for the move. Here’s what was damaged:
Coffee table and couch marked. (When I showed Mina he very rudely tried to blame it on me saying I painted on them. Mind you there was no marks on either prior to the move. )
Glassware and a handmade pottery glass that was broken.

The guys from High Level Movers were absolutely great! Moving is always stressful but they made the process super simple. They were very careful with our furniture-wrapping with blankets/plastic wrap, etc and very efficient with their time-and mine 🙂 I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing some extra reliable help with their move.
