Chris and his team were very helpful and did the job perfectly!! We did a cross provincial move, everything was packed to safely. All of our stuff arrived in the original condition. Yes their work was great, but so were their attitudes! They were kind and polite throughout the process, as big moves are, we had so much stuff and they did their best to accommodate us! They had such a great attitude. Other moving companies were extremely expensive but Flatrate was extremely reasonable and cost effective. Would recommend this moving company to anyone and everyone!! If I could, I would give this 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

These guys were terrific! We're seniors and there was still a lot of packing to do when moving day came, and they really stepped up to help. I was sick that day as well and they worked around me and let me stay in bed at the old place as long as possible and set up the bed first thing at the new place so I could get right back in it! Kinder, nicer, happier guys would be hard to find - couldn't thank them enough. Evans even offered to come back on his own time if we needed help hanging our big TV on the wall. Amazing ! These guys are rock stars ! 🤩🤩

Chris and his team helped us on another seamless move - we have now used Flatrate moving for 3 moves plus help getting a couch into an apartment and each time has been exceptional!

Chris and his team are all so kind and friendly, Chris is amazing to work with in the lead up, he’s even loaned us boxes and picked up all the empty boxes when we are done!

The rates are competitive and fair, and there’s no tricky hallway or door or tight squeeze they haven’t been able to fit through. They are always fast and effective, while taking care of our belongings.
