They reached out to me after I had already chosen another moving company, but I respected the hustle and decided to hear them out. The rep I spoke with was straightforward, gave me simple and fair pricing, and kept assuring me there were no hidden charges, which I appreciated.

The day before my move, someone else from the company called to confirm and suddenly told me I’d need to pay an extra $45 for a fridge. I pointed out that I had been told otherwise, and the response I got was, “it’s in the confirmation email.”

The movers themselves were great, hard working guys who didn’t waste time and got the job done well. They didn’t even end up charging me for the fridge (I’m pretty sure they were contractors).

Overall, the actual moving experience was solid, but when a company promises one thing and then changes the terms right before, it kills my confidence. I can’t fully recommend them because of that lack of consistency.
