We used A1 for our wedding guest shuttle buses in June 2025 and would recommend them to anyone looking for great and effortless service! The process to book and reserve shuttle buses with A1 was so easy and efficient. They were flexible when our numbers changed during the planning process and the staff were all incredibly professional and timely at communicating. On the day of the wedding, all of our shuttles ran so smoothly and were always on time throughout the night.

While driving in Vernon one of their school buses (#0600) was behind me. I had been in the same lane for approx 2km and was following the flow of traffic (maybe 10ft behind the car in front of me) - the bus driver started honking at me and gesturing angrily. At first I thought it was at someone else because I had done nothing wrong, but the bus driver proceeded to switch lanes, and cut in front of me. He almost hit both cars in front of us as well as myself. He then made more gestures at me in the rearview mirror. Fast forward 2 minutes and one right turn later and lo and behold we arrive at the same red light because we were both in traffic (I guess I wasn’t slowing him down after all). The angry bus driver then proceeded to drive pretty much half way into the intersection while our light was still red.

I was shocked and appalled by the drivers inability to control his temper over nothing. I thought long and hard about what I could have possibly done wrong and there wasn’t a single thing. The lacking professionalism and endangerment to others on the road deeply disturbed me, to the point I called and left a message with the company. I urged the company to review dashcam footage if available. I received no response, even after a follow up call.

I would not trust the safety a family member or a friend with this company if this driver represents the type of people they trust to responsibly drive their vehicles. Incredibly disappointed to see this dangerous behaviour

A1 ran a shuttle for us and it was seamless. Very easy to book, plan, and they are accessible for any questions. Their coach bus was very nice, modern and clean. Would recommend to anyone.

A1 Bus Rentals provided a fantastic service, on very short notice, for our big family vacation. The cost of the rental was better than we expected. We did not utilize their driver as I have proper licensing for this size of vehicle. The bus appeared well maintained and got decent fuel mileage for the trip.

We picked up the bus in Kamloops and used it to transport the 10 of us and a ton of luggage to the Kelowna airport. We were able to leave the bus at the airport for the week we were gone and it was waiting there for us when we arrived at 1:30am. It was a quick walk from the terminal to where it was parked .

Communication with the rep through text message was convenient and appreciated.

There were no issues at all. We will definitely utilize this service again and will recommend it to friends.

Used two shuttle buses from A1 for my daughter's wedding transportation a couple weeks ago between Vernon and Mabel lake. Weddings can be very stressful with a lot to co-ordinate. It was so nice to have A1 as our shuttle provider. Prompt and accurate with quotes up front as well as suggestions. Easy to communicate with leading up to the day and very professional and courteous drivers arrived promptly as specified. GREAT SERVICE! Highly recommend.
