This company doesn't take responsibility in their own mistakes. They will blame everyone else along the way for freight delays. I should know. I got a bad review for my work in delivering freight for this company, through 3rd party means. Even though the customer in the receiving end gave me a tip and multiple thanks for delivering this company's freight, ATS called the company i work for and had explained to my boss that i had somehow made the customer angry. Which goes to show that if they have issues with their own customers in the phone. They will not take responsibility. Its ultimately a 3rd party non connected driver thats the problem right 0 stars.. and grow up.

Zero stars if possible! Took them 2 weeks to the day to deliver an order that originated 40km away. And when they did manage to get something to arrive at the house, they didn't even bring the whole order. The driver (who is subcontracted by the way so not his fault) said they are terrible to deal with. He had an order last week of eight items and it took seven deliveries to get it all there.

Every day you call the office you get lied to...and they must be very comfortable with lying because they know that what they are telling you isn't true...every single day!

Don't waste your time with these people....they are completely incompetent at what they do.

I work from home...I have a small house. They "attempted" delivery twice. The second time I saw them literally sneaking to the door to leave a notice only. No knock, no doorbell ring.

My instinct is not to blame the delivery person. I am sure they are not paid enough to care but to the owner or manger how about you treat folks packages the same way you would want yours handled and encourage your staff to do the same.

Pretty embarrassing when your service is to deliver packages and you can't even be bothered to ring a doorbell.

If I could give less than 1 star I would . Having not been at home to receive my shipment I called the # on the card that was left. A very rude woman informed me that no, they do not give updates as to when they will deliver and if I wanted to be there to sign - mandatory - I could expect the drop off anytime between 7:30 am and end of day. She literally scoffed when I said is there anyway to have a heads up, saying the drivers would have to contact over 100 people a day if they did that.
Well.... every single delivery service seems to manage some kind of notification protocol. Skip the Dishes, Grocery deliveries, Restaurant delivery's, Amazon deliveries, etc.
I am unable to wait by my door for the entire day as this staff member instructed me to do. I imagine many others are in a similar situation.
Instead the driver will keep trying to deliver on the off chance I may be home. Extremely inefficient and frustrating.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I was so excited for my packages to arrive. Only 2/4 boxes were delivered. That typically wouldn't be an issue as I have had other companies deliver the other half later. Well, when contacted ATS healthcare claims that all of the boxes were delivered and they had verbal confirmation to deliver (there is no signing due to COVID but initially when contacted the associate was rude claiming that I had signed so I must have gotten all the boxes). No one gave confirmation to deliver as no one was near the front door when they came. I am missing 2 boxes and they won't even own up to not delivering them! They claim all boxes were delivered. I don't mind mistakes, they happen, but please own up to it. I don't want to cause any issues for the company I purchased from as it wasn't their fault. This delivery company has been quite dishonest with me, so shipper beware.

They lost my shipment 7 months ago which was way before the Covid and I still have yet to get my refund for this shipment!! they said they were moving warehouses at the time in Calgary and it got misplaced there somewhere.I have made multiple calls and emails with zero results.It was the first time trying them and will be the last!The only thing good was the price as to why I gave them 1 star!

I was almost hit by one of their drivers today. While stopped at a red light I watched their driver pull forward into traffic and back into the left turn lane. Once the light turned green, he proceeded to turn left right in front of me as I was proceeding staright thru the intersection. I honk and he just kept driving. No care for others well being.

The speed limit on beach ave in Peachland is 30 Kim because of kids play, learning how to ride bikes and you have to share the road 30, is a good idea . The ATS truck does 60 to 70 and talks on his cell . He will hit some one . So this will be on record
