Taxi driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up, never called us before they arrived (as requested), and crawled to our stop while the meter was running. Even after repeatedly telling the driver to stop the meter, he tried to charge us the latest amount. Yes, it was only $0.95 extra, but the cabbie was shocked when we refused to pay the extra, “it’s only 95 cents” he said. Schiesters in a small honest town! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Takes extra payment to be prioritized. Said we were lucky to be picked up even though we booked two hours in advance. Asked for cash instead of card. Did not want to take 40 cash for 42.75 but did not have change for 60. Overall felt if we did not stand strong on receiving change we we not have received it…. But there are not many options if you need a ride…

Avoid calling taxis in Oliver at all cost. This driver dropped us at the District Wine Village and told us to give 30 min heads up when we wanted to be picked up again. They agreed to come back and pick us up at 3:30 pm and after multiple phone calls when they were already 1.5 hours late they said they could *maybe* pick us up at 6:30 pm. We ended up paying a private driver for a ride back to Oliver instead. Full chaos.

Horrible. Called early for to prebook a pick up time. They never showed. I called multiple times. When they picked up the phone, they continued to say they were coming. I cancelled and they continued to yell back about traffic. Not great at all. Avoid!!

Made a booking for a taxi….when he was 15 mins late we called him and we informed us he was no longer coming to pick us up. No phone call or anything. He was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing!

Tried to short change after asking for cash over card. Unprofessional and kinda scummy. Doesn’t seem there are many other options though.
