Mike is amazing! I had the dumbest accident. I was told to see Mike's Auto...I contacted him. He said they were backed up for at least 3-4 weeks. The bottom plate cover for my engine was dragging...so he got me in to take that off right away. A few days later he and Brian did the assessment. I got a call maybe 2 weeks later to bring it in on Monday. It was done by Friday. I can't believe how quickly this process went. They were super friendly and understanding. "That's why it's called an accident" - Mike and Brian.
My vehicle looked amazing. The front end was even better than before, rock chips and bug guts gone. I'm just so glad it didn't take weeks upon weeks. Thank you guys! I will highly recommend you for the fabulous work you did and in a timely manner and the friendliness of the place. I felt sheepish when I came in and felt better when I left. 😃

Had hit a deer and thought my car was never going to be the same, I was wrong and this is why.
This is one of the best shops I've had the chance to have work done at. All the staff are knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle I drove, as well the work they were going to do. Its a great feeling when you can drop off your prized possessions and have it returned to you in amazing condition.
All body work or paint issues I have in the future will be brought to Mike's no doubt about it. Anyone else should do the same, you won't be disappointed.
P.s. they have loaner vehicles too.

Absolutely amazing service. I moved from out of province and had to get my plates put on. My car doesn't have the spot for them in the front. Drive to Mike's just to see what I needed to do in order to get the plate put on. He was very friendly and walked over to my car and showed me where I needed to drill it into. Explained the options I had, buy a frame and install it or just drill into the bumper. I decided I didn't need the frame and he offered to do the drilling for me. He went got his tools and came back and installed my licence plate for me. And when I asked what I owed he told me to have a nice day and welcome to the okanagon. I will make sure I always go back to Mike's when I need anything. Was so friendly and professional and just made me feel like I truly belonged in this town.

We took a rock in our windshield while on holidays in Oliver, BC. Drove to Mike's auto service. They got us in right away and fixed our rock chip. Friendly service, amazing people to deal with. Highly recommend.
