I was there Tuesday July 15/25. I went through the automatic car wash with all the pretty colors of soap paid $18 for the top wash they offered. I declined my receipt but know what time I was there. . Went through and continued onto an appt. When I got out of my car my card was coated with a real difficult coat of something. I returned to the Car Wash. he told me if I want a good Car Wash then go pay $100 like he did and pointed to his shinny black car. What would you do? He was so unprofessional.

Avoid this place. 24 hr touchless car wash does not work. After you pay, it says that wash is in use (even when empty), and the door never opens. Wasted $14 for nothing

Live in town, have been here a couple times over the years. My issue is not with the performance of the hand wand wash, it is the fact that I tap my Visa it is not accepted. I still get charged $20.00 to my credit card. Seems like the tap/scanner is not working properly. Beware of using a credit card, better to use Loonies & Toonies.

Went through the automotive wash with my black Toyota highlander. Sadly, I came out with many places on my car that did not get cleaned. For the price, quality control should be much better.
When going through the wand wash, I found the brush to have stiff, rough bristles, and it actually seems to have scratched my paint! I don't want to have to drive to a different town to wash my car, but looks like I have to.

Went there today to wash my truck and it wasn't super dirty , bought the $18 wash and was very disappointed. Still came out dirty, everything about the wash I wasn't impressed about. So I will not be going back there again. I think it needs a serious upgrade to make it better.

The auto car wash is garbage. It used to be decent. Last time I was there I told and showed the attendant that my car was obviously not clean. He told me " I never use the auto wash, it sucks!". I ended up spending an additional 5 bucks spraying off the car by hand. Skip the touch less wash, it seems to avoid touching any dirt.

What happened to your " refund policy since 1998" that you referred to in another crappy review someone left?
