Staff are pretty awesome, new hours are not the greatest. Especially for those who work until 6pm. Not being open on weekends sucks but that’s the time’s we live in now. Really wish they would atleast open until noon on Saturday for those like me that don’t realize they are running very low on meds. Can’t blame them for my forgettable nature this time. Have to blame the cold and flus and covid going around. They are wonderful people that will 100% give it their all to make sure you have what you need prior to leaving the store. Reminds me of the “drug store” I used to go to with my grandmother as a child. Small, quaint and quick. Thank you for being there for all of us.

You know, I thought they were great until I actually needed help. I like supporting local and went there a lot, until I was treated as less than a person.
It seems like anything beyond counting pills is a no for the pharmacist here. I requested an emergency supply because my doctor was not available until the following week, and it IS at the pharmacists discretion. Naomi didn't even bother asking me any questions, nor did she even look at my file or any dates with the pills. To make matters worse, she was condescending when she spoke to me. She didn't ask me any questions, she shut me right down.

I will not be returning here. It's a shame because the other staff are lovely. But that experience was just hurtful

This is the best pharmacy in Oliver by far, staff are extremely caring and polite. The business itself is very clean. They make you feel like they care about you as a person. They do an amazing job.It's certainly a breath of fresh air considering my experience with another pharmacy in town. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I went in here to ask if they could order something very specific for my diabetic supplies. My previous pharmacy told me they didn't want to because it wasn't an item the usually stock.. ended up putting a transfer in to get my supplies from here.

Everyone is nice, they have a decent array of other items to purchase, and I've yet to be belittled by a Pharmacist that really shouldn't be working directly with the public. I also have a very expansive prescription list, which they've recently opened an app for. Go in, get your code from them and you'll be living the easy life in no time at all.

I haven't had a negative visit since I starting using them 2020.... They are wonderful, kind, without judgement, warm, welcoming, undstanding, kind loving people. I have not one bad thing I can say about them. If I had just one thing I could change, their hours lol I wish they were open a hour or two longer each day but that's it.
