Brand new tires for 2K, valve stem split in a week on one, one went flat the next day. Now the second valve stem on the same tire split again

Got a screw in our vehicles tire. Pulled up to Tireland, walked in and Dean greeted us right away. He got up and walked outside, viewed the issue, him and his tech took our vehicle in right away even though it was their lunch time. Got us out and going within minutes. Highly recommend these guys! Primo!

Update! 📞 Big Mike gave me a ring and let me know there's been a shuffle in the team, and it turns out I shouldn't have been hit with that hefty bill. 🔄 He suggested giving them another shot, and guess what? They went ahead and comp'd the tire exchange! 🎉 Huge thanks, really means a lot! 🙏 Stars updated accordingly.

The staff was pleasant, but I was quite surprised by the cost of $400 for swapping my winter tires, replacing windshield wipers, and brake lights. In comparison, I've had Mr. Lube perform similar services (excluding the tire swap) along with an oil change for just $130. This expense was unexpectedly high.

Fantastic spot, either the seconed best or best automobile place I've gone to, while traveling! (My home town had a pretty good car service spot, so its hard to find other places that are good) Service was easy to talk to, straight to the point, cares more of my safety while driving, than squeezing every cent out of you! They also gave me a free car to drive around until mine was fixed!
Already told people around here about these guys, I will always recommend people here until I leave next summer!

Stopped in at the end of the day with a flat... Jacob was supposed to be off but stuck around to help us with our issue, which ended up being a cracked rim. It's hot out and he still helped out when he could have been cooling off somewhere... That is what customer service is all about, Thank you! Highly recommend!

Poor customer service. When they say they will call you they never do. They give expected time to pick up vehicle and they do not call. I called at 1 hour before closing and the vehicle was not ready...but still no call. Overcharged for parts and services. Did not install parts that they charged me for as I had another mechanic check it. How can you survive in a small trading area when you lie to customers and do not communicate. This should have no stars but I have them one. Avoid this business .

Happened to get a flat tire passing through Oliver and they were willing to help right away. Answered my numerous phone calls answering all tire related questions, and had my new set on in a timely matter. Extremely appreciative.

Fantastic customer service! I was in town camping and had an issue with my truck and everyone did a fantastic job helping me out and getting me back on the road. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Tireland. Thank you for everything!
