Really friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE and helpful staff. Always enjoy going here, you can tell that they want to provide great service and want to help you out.

I know the place across the street has cheaper rental cost, Nor-Val makes it up and beyond by always having their tools in great condition, knowing how to work the tools and just amazing service.

NOR VAL was 1000 times the company sunbelt is. SUNBELT has hidden fees, can't deliver on time, and in my opinion compete Chaos to deal with.. over 800 dollars to rent a skidsteer and dump trailer for a day!!!!! Felt very deceived come time to pay, and this is after a year and a half of renting weekly.. They won't be getting another dollar from us. CROOKS!!! BE HONEST ABOUT ALL YOUR FEES WHEN QUOTING!!!!!

The staff at the Oliver location are always very helpful and friendly. The equipment is in good condition and they are always quick to load/unload equipment. They are always more than fair with rental in/out times.

This is my go to place for equipment rentals. Only gripe I can think of is I wish they had more scaffold inventory (I know it's in high demand) 🙂 Keep up the great work guys!

While in town visiting my Grandma we ran into a problem at her house that we needed a tool for, ran down to West Equipment to ask for help. Everyone there was so helpful and wanted to help us get things sorted out. They had exactly what we need and even offered some tips to hopefully get the job done. I really feel they went above and beyond that day to help us out. So grateful we stumbled upon this business.
