I purchased a vehicle from Oliver Car and Truck just under two months ago. I have never been happier with the quality of vehicle compared to the price I paid. I booked a test drive online and everything was ready for me upon my arrival. I had researched, for six-plus months, from Oliver to Kelowna to Vancouver (even a few searches in Calgary). I found comparable vehicles (relative same year - same mileage) and OCT came close every time. The difference was if I went to Vancouver I'd have buy gas for one car down and two coming back. I'd have to feed another driver and pay, possibly for an overnight stay for two. If the test drive was not satisfactory, it may all have been for naught. I work too many hours to risk that amount of time once - let alone twice if needed. Test drive local, buy local. The car I purchased looks great, runs great with superior gas mileage. Added Extreme Contact tires and MoMo Massimo Italian rims for summer. Even their logo is tasteful enough to leave on my car. Thanks Joel and Todd.

Joel was very helpful and really did everything they could to make me feel satisfied and confident with our purchase as well as made knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations. Have stored our trailer in the back here for a few years and it was wonderful. However, we pre-paid for a full year and then sold our trailer and was told we were getting all our money back, except for what was used and when I received the check, they stole 20% from me And now won’t answer my phone calls or returned messages. We had no contract and it was out of the sheer trust for these people that we prepared for a whole year, knowing we would not be back to pick up our trailer till the following year. We could’ve just sent our money on a monthly basis, but trusted them and now I’m out 20% of my money. I would be very leery about dealing with them again unless they return my phone calls or send me my money which took weeks to get.

My experience with this business is simply to advise anyone to not go. Dishonesty is what keeps them in business 34 years. Save your time and money and go to a brand dealer (GM, Dodge, Toyota), you most likely will find that their prices are much less. Business is not BBB accredited, and is rated B- currently. Rated 1 star to post this, but actually gets no stars.
