Return policy isn't fair, you didn't deliver my order so why do I have to wait for the order to return to the seller before I get my refund? Should issue a refund after its been canceled regardless if the seller gets the package back or not you did not honor the delivery day. Won't be buying that product from Amazon again

The person operating this van on March 26, 2024 around 7:30pm on Golden Ears Way was driving recklessly. Tried to side swipe us and brake checked us twice. All because we were going to the speed limit and I guess he was in a hurry to get back to the facility. Truck# 441124 License plate VR1158. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Amazon could contact us.

Employees here are actually giving easier routes to their friends under the table. When you to pickup routes, you will see certain people talking to employees in their own language and then magically they get the cart with least packages. I have observed this on 5 separate occasion. This goes against Amazons values and I hope someone from management looks into this.

Delivery to this place is not easy. There is no sign for shipping or receiving so I was following big semi trucks and they show me where to go 😀. Opening hours is 24/7 but not for courier. I was there at 9 pm and unloaded by hand one skid . No forklifts 😄😄. But it was ok . Overall 3 stars.

I'm losing my patience with the dangerous drivers in our neighborhood. The driver when through my complex last week traveling at speeds of atleast 50km with kids playing outside blaring music with his windows down. Complete disregard for kids safety. Then this morning this another amazon sprinter van passed me doing double my speed in a school zone on Harris road at 11AM. I took his picture and was going to say something but he was too busy looking at his phone at a red light! What is going on with this company, they shouldn't be allowed to operate in communities like ours if they can't follow the laws of the road.

Drivers delivering in Richmond area never read delivery instructions and delivering on wrong unit despite of giving clear instructions like below and Amazon customer care just give you refund and no solution .
"Delivery Location: 22600 Unit B (Basement Suite)
Entry Instructions:
* Access the entry through the left side of the garage.
* Look for a wooden gate and a white bell labeled "226** Unit B."
* Ring the bell. If no one answers, please call +1 ******* "

The trucks headed to this facility must travel through a SHARED work yard, and they fly through dangerously fast every time. I get that there isn’t an enforceable speed limit on private property, but common sense needs to come into play somewhere. I also understand these are third party motors, but it is AMAZONS’s name on the trailer. Please address yard safety with these drivers. Nobody wants to die at work.

Amazon Flex delivery experience with this warehouse was pleasant, with the exception of them intentionally giving a few parcels for locker delivery when it clearly shows that the locker was going to be closed at the assigned delivery hours, then I had to spend extra 30 kms to go back and return those parcels, while spending my own gas and not earning any money.
