I would give them less then a star if I could. They will do everything in their power to not give your money back and are extremely rude. They tried to tell me I didnt pay and when I said I had bank emails saying I did they tried to deny it, I said I would send them the statements in which they then admitted that I did pay and gave me a list of reasons why I couldn't have my deposit back. The actual storage place is super sketchy and has the worst security. There is a good chance people will try to break in there. I advise everyone to not use them and fork out a little extra cash for a proper storage facility. Also when I got the unit it was extremely dirty on the inside, not only was it dirty but when going to pick up my stuff one month after, it was moldy and covered in water. Dont waste your time or money, you'll save your stuff and sanity in the end.

I will never again store any belongings at this business. Drug addicts always renting here, fake cameras, rude owners and supposedly rats in most lockers. Really just a way to make money and not give a dung about the customers. WORST IN ALBERNI %100!!!!

Awful storage paid storage for 2.5 years not knowing the units were rat infested as I found out as I was packing up my storage unit from previous manager who stored stuff besides mine. I paid 2.5 yeara of storage to throw half it away and they didnt return my deposit. Joke of a storage lot
