Convenient spot. Teller must really not be good at telling someone's age. I'm all for following rules but having to wait outside for my wife because I came in without my wallet was just silly, as I had selected all the drinks. I'll likely skip the store in the future.

Very convenient location right on the main drag. The staff are always very friendly, particularly a lovely woman named Kim who always makes us laugh and has great customer service!

Sort of like a scene straight out of the Matrix. A non descript building on the outside but a comfortable boutique on the inside. All the standards are there as they should be. It is the unique brands, and special editions that add to the relaxed atmosphere in the store. It is both an easy place to find what you need and a luxurious journey of discovery not unlike browsing the stacks of a library in search of something new to dive into. The most interesting discovery was the many local products.

Good selection but remember to bring 2 pieces of ID. Apparently my 40 something husband's - who most definitely does not look like a teenager - passport was not enough. He needed another piece of ID too. So we went to the BC liquor store instead. Some of the staff are really rude but it's not like I go there to make friends.

I'm 36 have grey hair and just got a new license photo twiwtwo ago the 20 something woman at the counter demanded two pieces of ID to Buy An 8 dollar bottle of COOKING WINE! I understand the need to ID people but maybe get a person who isn't just trying to abuse the only bit if authority they will ever have in life. Try one of our baby other liquor stores in Port Alberni they have adults working

This is the store mostly go to u can use your coop number here and collect points plus they have a big selection of every type of alcohol
