We had the 3 piece meal and a taco meal.

The chicken was really good, nice crispy batter with good flavour. The fries were crisped perfectly. The tacos were extra delicious, with the baja sauce they were a great change from the norm. They're a little on the small side and fairly messy but worth it.

The price of everything was about on par with what you'd expect, a little pricier than I'd like but decent overall.

The staff was pleasant. Atmosphere was nice, we enjoyed the decor. A little chilly in there for a mid-November day but overall a good place to eat.

Is a unique experience. Nice friendly service from the owner. Has an old school Mexican theme charm to the place.

Had Mexican and Fried Chicken and both were excellent. Nice crisp deep fried fries that were not greasy and did not have that 'cheap taste' so common in most places.

Very happy we found this place!! We always used to go to the mags 99 in Squamish when we lived in Vancouver so this was a really pleasant surprise! Tasted different than what I remember at the other location but different in a great way! We got the chicken burrito, ancho pork burrito and the maxi fries. All was incredible! The mexi fries were fully loaded with sauce and beef so they were a bit of a hot mess but delicious. The chicken was good - no complaints, but would definitely recommend the ancho pork!! The ancho pork slapped!

Food was delicious & salads fresh ~ Staff was friendly and patient. Even unesecarily apologetic about a slightly longer than quoted wait time as we were happy to wait and even more happy to see a local independent business doing great & so busy! Was still awesome they acknowledged the wait time and even offered drinks or another addition to our order at NC which we thanked them for but declined because at days end that's just more money from thier bottom line. We are from out of town and when asked about lunch that the whole family would get down on your business was the first mentioned. With no KFC ( believe me we are all the better off with that "loss" ) you guys are in good shape to fill that void! Keep killing it and best of luck! I will recommend this to anyone visiting the beautiful Alberni Valley!

used to go to the one in Squamish for years before it turned into sunny chibas, so I was ecstatic when I saw this driving by! It’s a fantastic little hole in the wall with insanely big and delicious burritos. Just as good as I remembered. A can’t miss!
