We called for a taxi to be picked up at 5 pm.
Our driver was right on time. Her name was Connie Young, she was the best driver we've ever had!! Arrived with a smile, very polite and excellent driver.... We had so much fun with her in the short amount of time we were in the taxi. She slso explained about a detour because of construction...we appreciated the update. Unfortunately she was just going off duty so was not going to be the one picking us up after our event.
We hope Executive Taxi Brockville is treating her well, Connie Young you're amazing!!

As a visitor to Brockville, Executive Taxi really impressed me! They were super quick to arrive, and the drivers were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend for a smooth ride in town.

Dispatcher Edna is very disrespectful. Considering that everyone has bad days but when you’re working that should not be taken out on customers that are paying for their services. I think executive could be alot better with someone on dispatch that is friendly.

I am posting this in hopes customers are vigilant and check their bags before letting the driver leave. I was a customer that did not do a final check. My mistake. It was early morning, dark and raining. That being said, when unpacking later in the morning, I realized my bag with laptop, ear buds and other items were not with my other bags . Obviously in a state of panic I called the cab company. The dispatcher said nothing was turned in. I gave her my name and the times I called for cabs . I take responsibility for not looking in the trunks myself but I am quite shocked that it did not seem to faze this company at all that these items were missing. Police report has been made but Please be vigilant and I would not use this company if they are not concerned about theft and certainly don't seem the least bit shocked about theft. You have to give 1 star to do your review or otherwise Obviously I would not have given a rating. I would like to note that I see the owner does not reply to any reviews. That should be a red flag in itself.

The Driver's are Terrible at Driving and have no business Driving Yesterday all most had one of them drive me off the road in my truck as he was Blowing true a turning only lane going straight and tonight all most had one run me and my dog's over as he blew threw a stop sign.... Keep it up Brockville police have been notified.

One of the dispatch ladies is very rude. I have called multiple times over the years and each time i get her on the line, she is INCREDIBLY rude. Heavy sighing after you ask for a taxi, and speaks with a rude tone. We get it, you hate your job, but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers. It’s not just me who feels this way, i’ve heard many people report the same issues with this lady. I called March 13th around 8:45am. If you hate your job that much, i think it’s time to quit.

Used to be really good, last 2-3 months getting them to answer the phone within 5-10 minutes is hit or miss. Then you’ll be waiting another 15-25 minutes on average for your cab. Doesn’t matter what day or time

Sad excuse for a cab company calls never answered and when they are person is rude cabs are 30 mins to 40 mins wait times time for uber to take over
