Yay! New chargers and more plugs that can be simultaneously active. Not convenient when pulling a trailer. Hopefully these chargers are more reliable than the old ones. The price is on the high side but there are decent amenities. It seems reasonable to pay more for a faster charge but the price should go down when the charge rate is limited by their equipment.

Successful charging at up to 188 kW with a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Located right beside a travel stop with Tim Hortons, A&W, free bathrooms, etc.

Great spot for charging along the 401.

The Ivy Charging equipment does NOT work!!! I wish I read the reviews earlier and had to leave this review to warn as many people as possible.

My tesla had 20% battery and I needed a charger that was tesla compatible since I was out of range of the Tesla super chargers. so, I called a few of the companies online that were within range and I spoke with an agent from IVY that directed me to their charging location. He ensured me the machines were operating and avaliable in advance and I reiterated multiple times it was my last resort with my battery percentage, so I went.

The charging would attempt to start, then stop immediately with error messages on my tesla which were indicating equipment issues. I was there for 3 hours on the phone with support who were slow and would hang up and leave me with case numbers to call back and have other agents do the exact same thing they were by resetting the machines. Nothing they did was remotely effective on their end and I tried everything imaginable on my end.

I was left stranded. My Tesla is now stranded in Brockville while I wait for a tesla charging adapter to ship to my hotel so i can charge my car at the new Chargepoint i managed to get it to with 0% battery left.

I should be compensated for how bad they bent me over, but I don't even trust them enough to do that. You people are playing with people's lives and their expensive EV's. You need to get off the road or do business properly and get real technicians and working equipment.

Unable to charge due to chargers not working, some drivers also showed up and were unable to charge.

3 of 4 chargers broken, no indication anywhere that 2 of them were broken, had to wait an hour for the lone working one which didn't reach advertised speeds. Avoid if possible.
