My experience with Boyer Ford was outstanding. Brad McCambridge is professional and patient. What impressed me the most was that right from the beginning of my experience Brad helped me determine the best date to place my order for a spec Mustang GT. He was also patient as I called every 3 weeks to find out when it would arrive and if any Tariffs would apply. In his calm nature, he provided me with real time information. His manager, Ethan, was also very good with me. The day of vehicle pick up was super special and exciting and Brad made sure that it was memorable. I would highly recommend this friendly Ford dealer in Stirling to anyone.

Horrible Dealership 0*. Be careful with this dealership; they are known for being unreasonable and will strip you of your money. They don't negotiate fairly, so you will likely pay much more than the car is worth. Many customers report hidden fees and deceptive practices, making the buying process feel like a scam. They are notorious for high-pressure sales tactics that force you into a bad deal.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. It shouldn't take 8+ hours over 3 different days to complete a simple safety inspection, and then get charged DOUBLE the amount of what a safety inspection should cost. As new residents to Stirling, we could've been long-time service customers but I will never bring a vehicle to this location ever again. Terrible communication, dishonesty and no regard for customer service.

My wife was on her way to a medical appointment and ran into an issue with her jeep, she could see the Boyer sign and limped her way there, the folks at Boyer were wonderful in helping her out even though she wasn't driving a Ford. The young mechanic "Cody" was awesome, he helped her out, assessed the problem, and remedied the issue at no charge, all the while being very pleasant and respectful. Thanks so much ! will definately reccomend to all !

1 star is too much for this dealership. It has taken over two years to complete my warranty work and its still not done! No return calls from Kate or emails from Jim. This is unprofessional and unacceptable from a Ford Dealership!!!!!

I must say a very friendly, family like feel to the Boyer Team at Stirling. Dealing with Charles and service team is always a great experience.

In my opinion, the worst dealership in Ontario

I am sad to be writing this review to be honest. With how awful the experience was with this dealership, I want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did.

My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from Boyer Ford in January. Not only have we had problems with the vehicle, we’ve had a difficult time dealing with the staff.

When the purchase was finalized, we picked up the vehicle on the 18th. The vehicle had just been washed and we noticed that the windshield had a chip in it. The salesman took a picture and said we will get this taken care of. I did not hear back from them. Then within less than a month, the brakes started grinding. If this vehicle was properly safetied, I would have expected maybe 6-12 months minimum life for the brakes.

So I went to have an oil change done and have the brakes inspected.
The mechanic looked at the brakes and said they were really bad and that they needed replacing…
Upon having the brakes replaced, it was discovered that the wheel bearing needed to be replaced also. So after paying nearly $30,000.00 “cash” not financed, cash. We were told it would cost us an additional $2,100.00 to make the vehicle safe again.

So I reached out to the salesman and the manager at the dealership. I asked why would the vehicle need these repairs, if a month ago the brakes passed safety? If we knew these repairs needed to be done, we would have purchased a brand new vehicle. This would have generated more money for their business. Instead, they chose to sell us an ill equipped vehicle…
After hearing my concerns, I was told by the manager that he would help me out and get things fixed. Then we were offered a $400.00 credit that could only be used at Ford…
We were told and I quote! “this is the best we can do to help” as per the manager.
We did not feel that $400.00 was sufficient enough. Especially after speaking with our mechanic about the work to be done.

We took our vehicle to be repaired by a trusted, licensed and well established mechanic! They were transparent, honest and fair. Which is more than I can say about Boyer Ford. I would not feel comfortable having work done on our vehicle by Boyer Ford, Especially after it was “safetied” by them.

They do a great service at Benton Fry Ford in Belleville, Bence Ford in Kaladar, as well at Lange and Fetter Ford in Trenton.

I would NEVER recommend Boyer dealerships to anyone!!
Don’t waste your time with this organization. Use your hard earned money at a dealership with YOUR best interests at heart,
not THEIRS!!
