Same experience as many others. claims of attempted deliveries that did not happen. I've tried changing the delivery request to have the parcel dropped at the facility for pick up. I've been notified that it is at the facility, went to pick it up, its not there. its out for delivery! what?!? None of my requests to change address to pick up were made. Talked to cutomer service, (second time this week) I've been assured when all attemps to deliver fail it will go to the facility..... sure.... At this point I'm hoping my parcel just arrives at staples at some point.... sooner than later, but who knows..... These experiences are extremely discouraging.

Package shipped via DHL. Useless company

After updating my preferences for delivery, I got an email saying the package would be delivered a full week after the original delivery date. As I am waiting for the package to arrive, I check the online tracking, which now says "awaiting customer pick up at warehouse". I was never notified of the need to pick up the package, nor was a delivery even attempted.

There was no address listed for where to pick up anywhere, so I had to drive to both potential pickup spots in Saskatoon to find my package. When I got my package it was dirty and dusty and had clearly been sitting on the warehouse floor with no care taken. Icing on top was an email saying "delivery successful" after spending hours tracking down a package they couldnt be bothered to deliver.

All around incompetent, terrible communication and service.

If possible i would give -5 stars. This is the worst service i have ever had. I waited for my package from india for 15 days. It had some important stuff worth thousand dollars. And now the website shows it has been delivered but i haven’t received my package. When i contacted dhl the customer service had a rude attitude and after just an hour they sent an email saying the package cant be located and they are closing the request on their end without any further explanation and research. What the hell is this. I mean don’t you have any responsibility regarding the customer stuff. What about my stuff. It contained some important things which i needed on time. This is the worst service i have ever had. I have been using Ups and it has been worth the money.

I work shift work for starters. I was told between 12 and 2 delivery on a Wednesday. I called at 2:30 since I had to work an 8pm night shift and needed some sleep beforehand. Wouldn't be able to deliver before 5pm or tomorrow between 9 and 12. I said ok for the Thursday got home at 8:30AM after working 12 hrs. Wait up till 2:30 when I called again. How about tomorrow around 11 am, which it did arrive then. To the driver's credit he was very helpful. I'm just upset by the dispatch.

Every single time I get a package from these clowns it’s legit but they also have this shady ass side when every time I pay with a credit card all of a sudden I’m getting a scam payment and a “call” from my bank trying to get my info. Absolute worst service to use and potentially dangerous for people who are clueless. Never talk to anyone who calls you. Call your bank personally.

DHL is utterly incompetent.

Their first delivery attempt was a wednesday. Because I was away, I set a delivery date for the following tuesday.

Still, DHL attempted to deliver my package on thursday, friday, and monday. Did those morons attempt to deliver it on tuesday (the scheduled delivery date)? No they did not.
How about wednesday? Nope.

Their automated answering system makes it impossible to talk to a live person. (I tried many variations.)

I have no clue where my package is or when it will be delivered.

Would give 0.. I've been home all day at my window where I'd see them drive to deliver. Was "in delivery" since 9.00am. Nobody came but tracking updated at 6.39pm that "delivery attempted but not accepted".. no, you did not attempt, I've been at my window all day. No call, email, or attempt to drop it off.

The only reason I know my package is available for pickup is the tracking app. They didn't come to my house or send a letter and they didn't send me an email. If I was just waiting to hear I would never get my package.

That's after it taking over 2 weeks to ship, most of that time it spent just chilling in a warehouse according to tracking.

Avoid DHL at all costs.
