We were very pleased with the two movers from Sunny Movers. The men were punctual, respectful and courteous and moved our furniture and items with care. Their truck was clean and ready with moving blankets, straps and a ramp. These two men used their time efficiently and got the job done well, despite that it started to rain as they were unloading at our destination. They kept on working at a steady pace without complaint, even though they got quite wet themselves. Would happily recommend Sunny Movers to anyone who needs help moving from one house to another.

Sunny Movers provided a terrible experience. They were assigned to deliver a fridge I ordered from Home Depot, and during the process, their movers dragged my stove which was in the way instead of lifting it properly. This careless handling caused major scratches and damage.

What’s worse, when I reported the issue to their office, they completely denied moving the stove despite it being clear that they had to in order to complete the delivery. Not only was their service unprofessional, but their response shows a clear lack of accountability and honesty.

Extremely disappointed with both their behavior and their customer service.

These guys were awesome for our 6 hr move. First of all the owner communicated well and even allowed us to change the date once after deposit. Come move day; the driver communicated well about his time of arrival and then the 2 guys worked hard through the -30 cold and barely even stopped for a break let alone to warm up. I kept telling them to take a break even but they wouldn’t! They had us check the truck after to ensure nothing was left behind.

Not too mention their rates were better than all others who quoted.

100% would recommend to anyone looking for reliable, careful and hard working movers.

ATTN: BETTER HOPE NOTHING GOES WRONG!
After 1.5 months, I'm incredibly disappointed in how Sunny Movers has handled dropping my 60in TV right in front of me in what was such a negligent, careless, and inexperienced moving accident. Numerous emails and phone calls to Judy, the claims rep, have resulted in nothing. Voicemail box is full, emails sent and followed up with, nothing. They lifted my tv stand WITH THE TV ON IT....so of course it toppled over and cracked the screen. Appalling. Take your business elsewhere if you want experienced movers and good customer service.
