The location will be closed at 5pm instead of 6:30pm as written on the operational hours. The customer service made you feel super frustrated. The staff would not tell you whether your stuffs can be sent or not upfront. They asked you to placed everything on scale and calculated the price then they paused for 10 mins to help other customers then jumped back to you, then checking computer for policy and told you your items can’t be sent 😌. While I can do it with UPS OR other company after this hassle experience. Just felt super disappointed for the whole point. Also, this location will be the trailer next to the restaurant not inside the mall. But anyway, just waste your time!!!!

Good price, quick service and the staff is friendly. I sent documents to Lima Peru and it took about 5 days to arrive. Highly recommend this place.

The dude working here tells me to cut the package open so he could inspect it. Weird, I've never done that my entire life shipping something but okay. He doesn't even look at the contents of the box and tells me I'm good to go.

My package is left off to the side, open, as he moves on to someone else. I leave but I'm worried because I got no confirmation, it wasn't even scanned, and it was left out in the open. I watch for another 10 or 15 minutes and he doesn't touch my box.

This item is a return where I don't get my replacement until it ships, and I didn't feel confident it was going to. I come back and tell him to process my package, he does so while laughing/smirking the entire time. I still get zero confirmation but he's says it's done.

This guy is super unprofessional, and treats people like annoyances. I would just avoid DHL all together because of this hot mess of a trailer.

I recently used DHL for sending mail to Europe, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. At first, I was hesitant to use DHL when I read old reviews, but I decided to give them a try. The entire process was fast, efficient, and affordable. My package arrived on time without any issues, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other services.

I wanted to change the recipient's cell number, but the system didn't allow me to do so. However, when I chatted with their customer service, they tried their best to help me. I wish there is an option to add another contact number or add a note to save everybody time.

Special thanks to the DHL Grant Ave branch in Winnipeg for their excellent support. I will definitely use your service again in the future!

The young gentleman running this place took over an hours break on a busy Saturday afternoon and left several customers either waiting or they drove away. I had to kill an hour in the mall with all my little kids in tow because I had to wait for him to come back. No idea how that's ok considering the hours are posted as being open until 6:30pm (no one there from 3:00-4:15pm).
