I scheduled a delivery and was only informed AFTER the driver had already left that they claimed the door was locked and no one was there. I had provided a contact number in case of issues, and we have a receptionist who would have let the driver in. No one ever called, so I had no chance to assist.

I understand downtown deliveries can be tricky, but that’s why a contact was provided. We were still charged FULLY for a service that wasn’t completed, and the response I received in the same conversation was dismissive “I don’t know what to tell you, no one was there.” Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Red River Messenger provided excellent service for our deliveries between Portage and Neepawa! From calling in to book a pickup, the timeliness and the drivers, everyone was very pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend!

One morning I didn't answer the entry system for my building, or cell for a BioScript delivery. James had a couple of extra minutes (his attempt to make me feel better about wasting his time I think) called my cell an one last time and got through to me. Nobody does that. James is always smiling - never appears rushed although he likely always is. That is great customer service. He is a real asset to the company and I hope someone notices this. Cheers James.

LAK 426 Driving around a school zone drifting through 2 stop signs, thinking maybe someone stole this van because he was having too much fun, but it's still disrespectful to to the school zone 😝

Very helpful office staff and mostly friendly delivery drivers. They have never let us down and they have always gotten our time sensitive packages delivered to Brandon on time. I have little to nothing bad to say about them. Not the cheapest prices around but you can feel good knowing your items will be delivered and handled with care.
