They use to be awesome, sadly, someone bought them out. Now they don’t even shovel the snow for their parked customers. You have to call a snow shovel guy to get your car out of the parking lot. Even after calling them on the spot, they hung up the phone.

Not impressed this time..used the service 4 or 5 times in the past with no issues..upon arriving home from cuba oct 10th our vehicle was outside the compound as scheduled but the battery was Dead..called 2 different after hours emergency numbers and no body ever returned our call..we had to get someone out of bed to come give us a boost..meanwhile its 2 hrs later and we are frozen..another couple on the same flight used the service too and their vehicle wasnt even out for them..they live out of town and had to spend night at Comfort Inn..very dissappointed..totally unacceptable..u pay for a service and this is what u get..whats the point in an sfter hours number if nobody responf..we left about 6 messages and nothing..
