The pharmacy staff have been awesome! Shout out to Brit who has packaged my dads meds and the repackaged them multiple times when he’s had med changes….and they picked the med packages up and delivered them in a very quick manner. Tremendous support to seniors in need!!!!

Quick Service, and friendly people. What a contrast to the large and popular pharmacy nearby. I will definitely be making this place my Pharmacy of choice. Although it is a small place, and limited selection, I found the experience so much more positive then other places I've been. Service is everything as far as I'm concerned

I cannot say enough about the level of care, the respectful, professional, helpful and personable treatment that the pharmacist and staff provide at the Perth Downtown Pharmasave. They are a truly indispensable asset to our community and we are so very lucky to have the option to support them versus a large corporation. If you don’t already use this pharmacy, you should!

I went in this morning and asked for some refills of naproxin. The lady at the back was extremely kind. Then I shopped around the store for a half an hour and even paid for some things. I went to the bank next door and came back and decided to check if the meds may of been ready at the front before I left cause I happened to be there again and it was about half an hour later like they said it would take and the lady unkindly told me to put on my mask. After I stated the government said masks are now off in Ontario she said there was a covid case in here recently and the Manager said masks in here are now at this time. So I informed her that I was just in here with no mask for half an hourish, at risk and no one told me anything about masking. So I was like why now. She said it was there to protect me so she wouldn't talk to me until I masked up. Then, I asked if she could see if my meds were at front in the bags waiting, she walked away and came back and talked to another lady there ignoring me and not telling me anything at all. I stood there for over 10 minutes. So I asked again politely and she said I can't give you any meds, the people at the back do. I was upset about the mask thing, but not knowing to mask up and being exposed to the air upset me but when she purposely saw me standing there and was purposely ignoring me and being unkind. I walked out. I don't deserve that kind of treatment, so I found a new pharmacy and changed my business to there. Very unprofessional on all their parts. If there was that much worry and risk then why was I not informed the first time around is all I am saying. I left upset and frustrated.
