This is a excellent location to go to . The guy in the front was very polite and neatly kept. The lobby was spotless. It was straight working happening at this location. Top of the line pizza preparation. The food was perfect and fresh. If your in this area definitely try this location. They deserve all the 5 star reviews they earned. The staff was very well trained , courteous and patient with all the customers not just us. Just look at the pictures of the food ! They did great today!

I'm starting off by "mid at best". The most mediocre pizza shop I've ever been to. First mediocre part is I ordered a small $8.99 pizza and asked for toppings (chicken, spinach, banana peppers, jalapeño) & the pizza went from $8.99 to $21. In like oh how much are the toppings he says $2.79. I then say I'm not paying $21 for a 10 inch pizza & told him to give me chicken only. I get the "chicken" pizza & look how much "chicken toppings" comes on it! So imagine those other 3 toppings would've been shorted too. Pizza was mid at best and food was rationed like I'm an overweight toddler. Do not recommend.

Also no soap in restrooms & cashiers have a hand soap they give you only when you come out the restrooms and as for soap.

I have been waiting for the past fifteen minutes. The individual I am speaking with does not appear to be paying attention to me. The telephone continues to ring without anyone answering it. I can see that my order is ready. I have been standing here with my card in hand, prepared to make payment and depart. I believe that everyone's time is valuable and should not be squandered in this manner.

Ordered Marco’s last night. Picked up yet grub and the cashier girl was awesome. I wish I got her name. Very cheerful and welcoming.

Our two large magnifico pizza’s were tasty. The wifey and my 9yo scarfed them down. My 5yo, not so much. Perhaps it was all the pepperoni’s - not sure. As for me - it was alright.

The wifey enjoyed her boneless Buffalo wings. My BBQ wings were ok. Huge wings - just wasn’t feeling the BBQ sauce. Next I’ll get them plain or try them parm wings.

Definitely trying them out again.

I was charged twice on a large pizza and they refused to give me back my refund from their location. The manager wants to check with his employees to see if it was legit where my bank shows a charge twice for $19.67. because his register only shows one charge. I'm putting this out there because this is terrible and bad service. They use Wi-Fi in their place of service. Well they didn't process my card. Are they hard up for $19.67. this will be reported. And I'm sure there is a lot of more other people going through the same thing what I have gone through.

Update 4/12/24: Dropped to 1 star. I have a Marcos account, have had one for years even after they moved over to the newer TERRIBLE interface. Made an order today and my unit number was wiped somehow. Not on me, that’s their janky software that I’ve mentioned in multiple customer surveys. Anyway I missed the call from the delivery person (I happened to be on a super important call and couldn’t click over) however I opened the gate as I assumed was the purpose of the call, as usual. After a while I noticed my pizza said delivered yet I had not received delivery. I called the location to inquire and the girl who answered had a bit of an attitude about the driver calling me for my unit number multiple times. Well that’s not on me that YOUR software deleted it. Common sense would dictate to TEXT if you call and get no answer. You don’t know what I’m doing. I’m officially done with this location. They often forget the pizza toppings I add anyway. Pizza costs too much money to have terrible software and employees with attitude problems.

Update 12/22/21: Gave them a try again today because I didn't feel like driving to my new pizza spot and they're back! Today it was hot, proper amount of toppings, my crust toppers made it on to all the pizzas, and it just tasted so good, like it used to. So I've added back a star!

I've been eating here for years but no longer. They used to put out some really great pizza but the last 4 times I've ordered they've been off their game. The last time I ordered was the final straw. Hardly any toppings on the pizzas, crust was hard to chew and didn't have the crust add-ons I ordered. We ended up throwing some away because nobody wanted it and as a family of four we almost never throw out food, especially not pizza. I'm so disappointed because this place was really my spot. I can only give 3 stars for nostalgic purposes. If based off my last 4 orders alone, one star. I can say the people are always nice though. One delivery driver (white guy with longish hair) in particular is always really nice.

UPDATE: Still have not received my refund after reaching out to the store and customer service. No response or help from anyone. Basically took my money, never fulfilled my order and never heard from anyone ever. Yall good luck with this place and overall business. Take your money and then ghost you.

Arrived at the time I was told our pizza would be ready which was 9:09 pm. It’s 9:55 pm now and was told they are still working on our order. They were short staffed. Why not adjust the estimated time, notify customers so we are not waiting for an hour and given excuses why it’s not ready. Why receive so many orders and you don’t have the staff to be able to fulfill orders.

Update: 10:15 pm, had to ask for a refund because they only had 2 of 4 pizzas ready. They had to remake 2 pizzas because they don’t know what happened. The manager was told about the refund all he said was ok. Did not even bother to apologize. There was one employee yelling the entire time telling people to get off their phones. No sense of urgency or direction from staff. The most terrible experience I’ve ever had at any place. This was my first time going to Marcos. Just going to stick to my usual places for pizza because this was a hot mess.

This is a really great place to eat. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Really down-to-earth and intelligent kind of guy. The passion he has for his business reflects in his personality. This place not only has extremely great service. I've always been greeted with a smile. And even though I order in the buffet I can order a specialty pizza for the buffet. In short the service is great the pizzas are great the pricing is amazing $8.65 Buffet including a drink. Plus they don't play elevator music they play current music.
