Brendan and Clayton delivered our basement fridge today, and we were blown away by how they went above and beyond. We had moved our old/dead fridge upstairs to our deck, and were going to load it into our truck for disposal. When they saw it sitting there, they immediately volunteered to help. In two minutes, this boxy paperweight was loaded and ready for us to get rid of. They saved us lots of hassle later this afternoon, and I can't express how thankful we are for that extra assistance. It wasn't required, but it was SO appreciated! Then, they carried the new fridge downstairs and exactly where we needed it, like it was nothing. The entire visit, including the above and beyond, took maybe 15 minutes?

Jay's delivered our primary fridge earlier this year (it's been one of those years), and that time, too, we were beyond satisfied with the service, and this MJ team just continues to exceed expectations. I'm impressed and completely satisfied with the amazing service, and would give my full recommendation for these guys.

Brendan has done a couple of deliveries for us in the last year (oven and patio furniture). Our oven arrived and had some minor cosmetic damage (not caused during delivery) and he was quick to point it out to me and helped navigate the customer service from the company we had ordered from. Jay’s returned the oven to the company, and Brendan was back a couple of weeks later with the new one. He is always friendly, personable and professional. The 3 hour delivery window can be inconvenient so I really appreciate the call that he makes 10-15 minutes before he arrives.
