I apologized to the person that I was 30 minutes late, she said it wasn't a problem. My credit card was then charged for an extra day for being late 30 mins? Ridiculous!!! The person then asked if I forgot to fill the gas tank, I showed her my contract that showed I only needed to bring it back with 3/4 tank. She accepted that, my credit card was then charged extra for not bringing it back with a full tank. Once again, Ridiculous!!! These things should be mentioned right at drop off! I dont appreciate seeing a surprise charge on my credit card.

This place just sucks, customer service wise, it sucks. You’re supposed to be able to request to take out your storage units ahead of time on the app to make sure that they are available to be entered when you want to go into your storage unit but the app they have sucks and is always bugging out and only displays 1 out of 2 of the storage units we have. So then we need to call to make sure the 2nd unit can be available but they never answer the phone. We even tried going in person and there were a bunch of people waiting to talk to an employee but there was no one to be found. We finally went in another time and there was someone there so we were able to request our units and asked for them to be ready 4 hours later. 4 hours later we arrive, only to find 1 of our units available, we went to ask the employee and he responded with “I messed up, it will take 10 mins to take it out” we waited over 30 mins, went back inside to check and he said it would take another 5 mins. Everytime we went in to check to see if the unit was available, the employee was chatting with another employee and would only get back on the forklift once he saw we were still waiting. Ended up waiting almost an hour to get into the unit that we had already requested ahead of time. Really disappointed with the customer service.

I love that this service is right here available at all reasonable hours. The one terrible thing is the terrible bump at the entrance, almost took out our hitch twice cpming and going. like guys im sure you make enough to repave the entrance.
One other thing that was yuk was the guy nonstop yawning at the desk Sunday afternoon. He got his work done in good time but man it was brutal with literally yawning every minute for like 10 mins at the desk. Unprofessional but the guy did good work getting us all hooked up. So 4 stars cuz room for improvement otherwise solid.

10 foot cube truck rental. Snow-covered which needed clearing off by renter. Truck had 3/4 Fuel. Decent operation level. Rental took under 4 hours and under 3 kms as it was local. Cost was only $22.00

Worst uhaul in Canada, Can't believe they are allowed to operate with 1 employee on his phone the whole time we are waiting. Very unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

One star is more than they deserve. After reserving online a week in advance, it still took almost an hour in office while everything was entered into their system again.
