I'd love it fully 100% if you got rid of the drivers that are so grouchy and miserable. I know that do 12+ of work. But show your passengers your good side. Because I got on 25 West End by accident, I asked the driver "I got on the wrong bus, do you want to punch a hole in my ticket, or give me a transfer. He didn't even look at me or smile this colored guy. He just pressed the button for a transfer like he didn't want to give it to me. Also, treats the bus as if he owns it!!" Gaaawd I dislike miserable people like that, dang! And if you don't love your job, GO HOME!!!!!
On the other hand, I love the happy drivers, so far I've only seen 5 that were respectful, helpful, kind, and loves to talk. I wish they were all like that. Help your drivers debrief sometime!!!!!

Always a show downtown with someone screaming their head off. Aside from that, the Gova Drivers are always extremely helpful and friendly. Busses are always well kept and tidy. Good Bus service

The washrooms at the GOVA Transit Hub are consistently dirty and difficult to access. While I understand the need for a security measure that requires a guard to unlock the door, security staff are frequently absent or slow to respond. Today, I waited to be let in, and the guard who eventually showed up chose to let someone else in first, then stated I 'didn't tell him' why I was standing there. What other reason would there be for me to stand directly in front of the washroom and try the door? For fun? I've lived in this city for 39 years and I've never been treated like an infant before when needing to use the facilities. It is unreasonable to expect customers with an urgent need to use the washroom to actively search across the hub, or the street (where the guards often are) for security personnel to let them into the washroom. This is especially true for people with mobility issues. The public is also not responsible for making sure security is manning the posts they were hired to guard. If you have a specific place locked down due to security measures, there should be security personnel stationed there. If this concept is too difficult for the guards to handle, keep the doors unlocked.

This bus station often has many homeless people gathered around, which can make waiting for the bus uncomfortable and sometimes even unsafe.I frequently feel harassed or uneasy when I’m there. The lack of security or proper supervision adds to my concerns about personal safety. It’s difficult to relax or feel secure while waiting for public transportation in this environment. I hope the authorities can improve safety measures to make the station more welcoming and safe for everyone, especially for women who may feel vulnerable.

They need vending machines that take coins. The debit/credit card only styled ones are discriminant to those who don't have those pay options.

It’s wild how every time I take GOVA, I always miss my transfer. Like clockwork. And the worst part? I literally see drivers making it worse—waiting around for no reason when they’re already running late. Do you guys train them to delay people on purpose? Because that’s how it feels. I’m tired of being late for work because of poor coordination and zero urgency. Fix up.

Buses are frequently late.

"New" GOVA transit system is supposed to effectively help people but has left surrounding townships with less bus stops and infrequent bus routes for workers.

Entire system needs a PROPER rework.. not whatever scandal this is.
