David who was the bus driver for the 8 between 11am 12pm is amazing bubbly and and generally cares about the safety of the rides getting on and off the bus. Guelph needs more bus drivers like him. Always an enjoyable ride with David🤘

Service is as good as be without all day, two way service on the Kitchener Go line but the station building is closed and so people were forced to wait outside in a heat wave, which is unsafe.

Great location for the bus terminal. Always clean, garbages are never overflowing, people are friendly and the landscape is beautiful. I have never used the actual station, but have been here to catch a bus many times.

Really well kept station. It’s just really odd there’s no Sunday service. But other than a Sunday great place to be.

Next to no parking. Crazy lineups of vehicles picking up passengers. Building is rarely open. I recognize why this is the case but believe it needs to figure out a way to do so for the sake of the general public, especially in winter months.
