Honestly nicest drivers that I've ever had, no matter what trip. Please nobody break their trust because they're the most trustworthy cab company out there and always take my word.

Friday the 13th i got off at wrong bus stop I new to Guelph. I walked in circles for 45 min last. I called Canadian Cab I asked if they could find me I was lost. The lady that took my call found me and said I could walk home faster then she could get a car to me. She stayed on phone with me it was dark I was nervous. She got me home and I can only thank you for your patience and genuine caring . I will not call any other cab company or Uber again.

Just had dispatch give me an attitude when I called for a customer. He told me that the person must be blind because they didn't see them. I also checked and called, and there was no one there no answer on the phone. Yet the dispatcher Marshall figured the best way to respond to the public was to give attitude and call me a liar. He has been an on going issue for some time now.
Call RedTop for much better service.

Having used Canadian Cab for over 10 years on and off I can only speak of my experiences to which I've never had an issue with the drivers many of whom have been drivers for many years, have lived in the community and know the city intimately. I've booked by phone, app, booking office downtown and waved some down around the city.

The majority of drivers have been friendly and social (if the vibes right) the conversations have kept me entertained and often informed of things going on in the city I wasn't even aware of at times.

I've trusted this company for many crucial rides and they've been very reliable. I've even left items and had them returned or called in immediately and had a few emergency situations where they were fast and discreet heading out. It's appreciated.

There are times when they can be extremely busy, many residents book beforehand for school/work pickups, and drop, grocery runs and if there's an event in town happening expect a wait or have a backup transport service ready to which I'm sure you can find.

I'll continue to use Canadian Cab as needed and I'm happy to see the cars around the city.

A few weeks ago my husband was hit by cab#33 and the police were called. There were witnesses and do you think this cab company called to even say sorry... nope

Today was my 3rd encounter with this terrible company. Don't use them the owners don't care what people do in their cars. Some of these drivers should be fired.

Got stranded in a different city thanks to these guys.
First they messed up my pick up by going to the wrong address, then proceeded to charge me for their mistake. Afterwards, they failed at booking a return ride in advance (this was between 1:30-4:30am mind you) which was specifically requested.
After making the above mistakes, I was informed the follow up ride they WOULD send would take an additional 20 minutes, something I found out after waiting 20 minutes in the -15 cold.
So, I did what any normal person would do - cancel the ride and get something quicker.

Fast forward 20 minutes and I get a message that my driver from Canadian Cab is waiting on me.
So they also can’t inform their own drivers to stop wasting time and gas it seems.

I recently came to visit my hometown and was staying at a hotel on the norrh side and had to be dropped off to the south side to see family I had the most amazing cab driver her name was Julie (I believe) and I could talk to that women for days she was absolutely amazing! I had the most amazing conversation with her even after being dropped off I stayed in the car to chat with her for an extra 5 minutes I truly hope she sees this! She gave me a rock with a heart on it and I took it all the back to alberta with me!

Got aggressively assaulted by a driver while cycling. Contacted the company to get it resolved and they ignored me. They're criminals. Stay away.
