Incredible!!! I cant say enough great things about the guys who bought my mom home....Dawson aka Kenon and Josh were amazing... they made the experience smooth and easy.

We had to transport my father in-law to his son's wedding and the original service we had hired cancelled on us 5 days before the wedding!!!

The next 48 hrs were a whirlwind of trying to get quotes and find a reputable service who would properly and safely transport my father in-law (he is a stoke victim and paralyzed on one side) Every time I called back to RnR, they knew exactly who I was and why I was calling...even after speaking with multiple dispatch agents! Also 3 other companies that I had called all said they couldn't beat my quote and to try RnR LOL!

On the day of the wedding, the transport arrived early and had my father in-law transferred and loaded into the vehicle in record time, with the utmost care and conviction to his safety and comfort. They got the old man to the church on time as planned and everything went off without a hitch!!! They arrived exactly on time for the return trip and the drivers (Bashar and Nasur) brought the stretcher all the way up the driveway to spare us some trouble, they didn't rush us at all and allowed everyone there to say a proper goodbye to the father of the groom...it only took about 10 minutes, but everyone commented how nice it was to not be rushed and say a proper goodbye! As well, the guests at the wedding frequently commented on how well they handled my father in-law and how happy and comfortable he was.

Long story short.... RNR saved the wedding! As we could not have continued without the father of the groom! We will never trust any other company with his handling ever again and we will only use RnR in the future!!! Absolutely 5 stars!!!

My mother was transported home from the hospital following a lumbar decompression surgery. Emily and her partner were nothing but kind, patient and professional. Very grateful they helped us bring her inside the house and get settled into bed properly. I would give 10 stars if I could. Will definitely use RNR again in the future!

I am not happy at all with this business.the omly thing they did was tramsfer the patient. Cost was rediculous. After lengthly coversation about if i make their employee wait for more than 15 mins i have to pay 165 dollars per hpur extra. I agree, knowing hospital shouldnt be late. When it came to a delay on their part of a half hour, which messed up lawyers appts, when i complained they gave me a 19 dollar credit. I guess my time is not worth as much as theirs. I would not reccomend this company to anyone. Voyage is where i would go if a transfer is ever needed again.

Excellent services provided by RNR Patient Transfer Services I required today. Its employees Adam and Bash who picked up my aunt at the Mississauga Trillium Hospital were on time, careful, courteous and diligent in their work. Thank you very much

The two individuals that assisted my father for a pickup in Scarborough get transported from Centenarary to home were incredibly patient and they showed the utmost compassion. Their job is definitely not easy but they never showed any signs of displeasure the entire time they were helping my family. The easy thing to do would have been to leave him at the door for us to bring him upstairs, but the gentleman suggested we take him straight to bed to ensure minimal discomfort for my father from being transferred from stretcher-to-chair-to-lift-to-chair. They carried him up a flight of stairs in a special chair, all the while making sure he was warm and felt safe and secure. Please let them know again we are very grateful for their work (210226-173)

We were driving 120km/hr in the carpool lane (speed limit was 100km/hr) and they come right up behind us and flashed their highbeams multiple times, we can't just leave a carpool lane whenever we want but they kept flashing anyways. We were in a car, so the lights were directly in our eyes. They were so close to us that very light brake check would have had them in our back seat. Absolutely reckless. I wouldn't trust then to transport anyone.

We live in thorold. To go to one apartment for a check up so like 1hr 1.5hrs 4k down the road so 8k $608.00 for some one in there own electric chair. 4 different charges 3hr min charge, in town charge, kilometer charge and a extremely hi over the 3 hr charge every hr $608.00 for a 11min drive there and back talk about taking advantage of people that need to get to appointments and are on government assistance or not.
