Great people, have used them for years never a problem

They demaged a lot of my car! Not sure the extent of the cost yet or I would share that here as well. I tried for a month or more to work with them during covid to see if they would help me maintain since I couldn't go myself and my car has been sitting 6 months! They were extremely rude right off the bat! Wouldn't help at all and would just call me uneducated and say I'm in a mood when I wasn't. Just concerned for my thousands of dollars in their possession! I stated I needed to call cops or something to see if they were doing things right! That is what made them start treating me so bad! Cause I wanted to "educate" myself on covid 19 measures! Obviously I didn't make them so don't know them all. That is something hanover storage claimed they did know all of as they are all knowing but didn't care to share with their customers! Don't care about customers property! So after a month of me being told horror stories about this place, I give in and try and contact again. They still haven't answered my last question from a month ago! So I tried talking over FB and whoever answered snapped on me Calli g me stupid and that I've been harrasing their employees! Would love to see their evidence behind this! As I definitely have evidence. Anyways they freak out and give me my car and my car was messed right up compared to when I dropped it off! They moved it out without my permission and destroyed a lot to do so! Pictures provided

Awesome Facility! The staff is great and accommodating. The storage is spacious, secure and dry. Never had issues making appointments to go to my unit. 10/10 would recommend. Plus, pricing point is as good as it gets!
