Revoyez le service à la clientèle, on ne force personne à travailler , on paie pour un service donc faite preuve de respect et arrêter de raccrocher au client et d’éviter les appels, c’est de l’argent qu’on vous donne on travail pour avoir cette argent se ne sont pas vos parents qui nous donne l’argent pour prendre un taxi, c’est la pire compagnie que j’ai vue dans ma vie, les chauffeurs ne disent jamais bonjour même quand tu leur dis bonjour, je pense que c’est la dynamique de la ville qui est mauvaise

I called for a taxi and without waiting even 5 minutes they came and got me. As soon as I got into the cab, I was greeted with smiles and friendliness and felt so welcomed. There names were Billie and Brian and I would never take a cab again unless it’s them. They go above and beyond, and I’ve never had such great service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would give a billion.

Made a call for a cab. He turned up 30min early and told one of the workers he would wait till the time I called. Now I had crappy cell serves at the time but I said my time and told the lady where. She never asked me to repeat my time I said so I figured all was good.

Anyway the diver like I said was 30min early and told one of the workers he would wait. I left my appointment earlier and found he was not there. So I waited, waited and waited with my child.

I called and she was like "I sent him away" and then she said he never told her that the time was wrong she told him and it was actully 30min later. So he left and they never sent another taxie until that call where they offered it but it would take another 20min. By this time it was like 30min+ later after my daughters appointment. Also yes when I walked out and saw he was not there, the lady I deal with called right away from the desk 2 times but they never answered so i figured he was coming back.

They have showed they are very unreliable. Honestly I understand a mix up on the time but the fact they knew it was for 30min later when they came early and said they would be there and then left with no intention of coming back or sending another taxie is what made me write this. At this point I'm wondering if the lady threw her driver under the bus so she would not take the fall as he knew what was going on and i cant see why he would not tell her the time was mixed up. Well that will be up to $500 weekly they don't get. Was going to set up a schedule month by month for their service as I would need them alot for the year and this was to see how they were. Thank God for their competitor.

I’m a regular customer of KTN and usually my experience is OK. Today was very unpleasant. I had a time call placed for 6:40, I’m sitting by the window waiting, and my driver was about 4 minutes late. I certainly didn’t mind (that is, until I got into the cab) because I wasn’t really in a hurry.

As soon as I get into the cab I hear the dispatcher say over the radio, “(name of my cab driver) tell your customer that if she makes a time call for 6:40, that she needs to be ready for 6:40. It interferes with other time calls!”

While I agree with the sentiment, I absolutely did not leave anyone waiting. I’m not sure if the driver said that to cover himself being behind schedule or something, I’m not sure for what other reason she would say that over the radio, but that put a very poor taste in my mouth as a customer who sometimes uses your service multiple times a day and is always watching and waiting for you to arrive so I don’t inconvenience others.

They are a great cab company and delivery service by far. They have some of the best drivers in the business who take customer service to a whole new level

Used them one time, I should have read the reviews, dirty vehicles and scary driving, the owners should just stick their head in the vehicles each night, if they care. Smelled like the driver smokes between calls. I used to use old time taxi before, they are on par with them, which is trash

Thanks for the reply, why not just go to each vehicle and smell at the end of the night, many reviews with the same comment, do your job, ensure quality , you say you will fire them, but you have not taken the other reviews serious.

I watched a ktn cab pull into the local grocery store and throw their trash out the window as they drove by. Such gross behavior of someone who is actively driving for this company. The worst part is they pulled to the front of the grocery store, which is like 10ft from a trash can but they had to litter instead.

Owner was very responsive to the issue I brought forward. He was very understanding as to why having drivers litter is a bad look and overall a awful thing. Editing my review from 1 star to 4 just based on how seriously the owner took an issue like this and his fast response.

None of Your Business

Most reckless drivers along hyw 20 I've had to deal with, tailgating, speeding just to make their next call in the morning. Gold colured older van. Plan to share pictures of van and licence plate with OPP. This person can be more than 2 miles away @ the lights at #19 and North St, but still manages to catch up and tailgate after crossing over hyw#13.
