I had a great experience with Cold Shot Parcel and Bus Services in Calgary. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. Booking was easy, the service was reliable, and everything arrived on time without any issues. Their buses and parcel service are both affordable and efficient, which makes them a great option compared to other providers. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

I had taken cold shot for the first time from Calgary -grande Prairie. I was kinda disappointed because it was a VERY small bus to Calgary to Edmonton. We were squished all in and very little space . No bathroom the plug ins didn't work at all (hanging down) Very uncomfortable and tight couldn't lean seat back . No working wifi . The bus driver was very good very friendly.
The second half of the ride was WAY better had a bit of a bigger bus and it was way more comfortable. some of the plugs actually worked. But only for usb chargers. The wifi was working and more space and not cramped . Again no bathrooms but the second bus was definitely better than the first if the busses were like that the entire time I'd take it again but as of right now . I probably will never ride it again .

Cold shot is awesome but Im actually so pissed off right now because I was told to confirm some info I can call the customer service line, and the man who answered was so rude! The call only took 5 minutes (it could've taken 5 seconds if he didn't go through a whole rigamaroll, just "no changes need to be made, you will just need to leave at a different time, do you know when the departure time is from this stop or would you like me to find it for you?") but he still is sighing exasperatedly constantly and actually acting like I'm an idiot. I'm being polite, apologizing for frustrating HIM. Like I'm the one whos having a stressful morning juggling things and rescheduling things having to call customer service, HE'S the one sat comfy doing his JOB. I work in customer service and if I acted like he did they would've let me go weeks ago. So annoyed.

I use them often and can say their customer service is poor. Drivers and customer service representatives are super rude.

Got to the bus station at NE, Calgary 30 mins before my departure time on Feb 17, 2025 (Family Day). Office was closed and it was really cold outside (-20 C). Approached the driver who was sitting in the bus and asked her to allow me to sit in the bus while we wait for the departure time since it was cold outside but she wouldn't let me in. She rudely told me to wait outside in the cold until it was departure time.

I was disappointed at this event and called customer service with the hope that they'll speak to the driver so she could allow me in. Instead the customer service representative rudely cut off the call on me as I explained what happened.

I've also had one of their customer service representatives in the past tell me that they have over a thousand customers and if I wasn't pleased with their service, I should go elsewhere.

Overall, I'm terribly disappointed with their customer service.

Returned a UHaul truck from moving out of province. No issues at all. Friendly ladies at the counter. Extremely clean and although quite empty it was organized.
