I deal.with this company through my work and have weekly interactions either in parts or service!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and will go beyond each and every time to help locate a backorder part, access info on any of our over 120 units or provide great service and Warranty when required with excellent communication!

I rely on these folks and their parts/services to operate on a weekly basis and appreciate all they do!

Called in the morning to get the truck checked out. They informed me that they are a bit busy but fit my truck in. Fast service! Found the issues and fixed them efficiently and effectively.

To bad you cant give these morons less than 1 star. Booked an appointment a week in advance for an oil change on Motor-home before starting my trip back to BC. Arrived 1 hour before appointed time and was told they were too busy to help me. Guess they FAILED customer service. Not sure what the point of an appointment is in there eyes.

I disagree with the previous review, one star is way to high.
Had a air filter I purchased from them, needed it installed and in three weeks they couldn't find a half hour window.had to use a mobile guy. If you are needing anything done plan on getting it done on the mainland, this sorry excuse for Frieghtliner service doesn't deserve your money.
