Probably under normal circumstances a smooth operation but having no physical address currently, they only deliver.

I was shopping for a small purchase so a delivery fee wouldn't be worth it. An arrangement was made for me to pick up the purchase but on the day of they never responded and now the occasion has passed.

Friendly and helpful service over the phone, accommodating to the situation with me being across the country and provided the digital receipt I required for expense tracking.
