From my POV very good company and the lady in dispatching is good and the Indian guy who unloaded my truck is very experienced and fantastic as well. He didn’t looked and waited for his fav dock-stocker to unload shark ninja. Unloaded the truck of 57 pallets just in couple of minutes. However, in most of the companies or warehouses have to wait so long. I recommending to everyone this company.

This delivery company is unprofessional and careless. I had furniture delivered and the delivery guys showed up at to deliver after 9pm, they managed to ding my wall and slice my ottoman in two spots when removing the packaging. I heard them hit my wall but I went to look I couldn't see anything (because it was night time). They also dropped part of my sectional on the floor. One of the foot caps for the sectional was missing when they brought the couch inside. They found it outside and it looked damaged but they proceeded to place it on the couch and insisted that it was fine. They were tired from an over 14 hour day of work (they said they started at 7am and I was their 17th delivery of the day), so I could tell that they just wanted to get home. It was night time / dark outside when they arrived and left, which was after 9:30pm! There was simply no way to do a proper inspection of the furniture in the dimly lit living room. I felt completely rushed and hustled to sign their forms so that they could leave. Well, the following day I found not one but TWO tiny slices on the fabric for my ottoman. There is simply no way that you would notice those under the nighttime lighting conditions. When you're doing the inspection, the expectation is that it's for any major damage or obvious damage (such as burns, stains, massive rips, parts missing etc) Well, because we signed the forms, they wash their hands of this carelessness and will not take responsibility for the damage. There's no way that the furniture company would have shipped the items in this condition. At close look you can actually tell it was an exacto knife that sliced it. Additionally, I paid for 'white glove' service. The expectation is that they are working with the utmost care and exercising due diligence. But apparently you need to look over ever inch of your product with a fine tooth comb before signing their forms. BEWARE of this company. They will accept no responsibility for their mistakes and are subpar customer service. We paid a lot of money for this furniture and their delivery staff and management could care less. Zero stars!
