I strongly recommend this location. We had super positive shipping experience. Communication and payment processing was fast (with an account even faster) and delivery was on time. I always keep in mind that when I see a negative review, it means that there are usually more positive experiences than negative, but people who are happy keep quiet and don't bother to take the time to leave a review. We are a small customer that will never be able to fill a truckload, but we will continue working with them whenever we need to ship something. Thanks!

I encountered extremely unsatisfactory service at the shipping desk. A particular tall, skinny Black man staff member displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. His behavior was not only rude but also gave the impression that he was deeply unhappy or disengaged from his role. Such conduct is unacceptable and detracts from the overall customer experience.

The worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks waiting on an order, and they reschedule every day. Every time I call them its a different case work and I have to start from scratch. Bunch of liars that don't know what they are doing. If I find out a retailer using them I would avoid them at all costs, looking at you Canadian Tire!
