Every time I visit to pick up or send packages the staff are friendly & professional. They deal with lineups regularly at peak times of the day. They are courteous and the place is usually nice and clean (thanks to contracted cleaners). Please don't blame the post office staff for the random people that can't be bothered to take their junk mail home & instead they just leave it on the floor. That said, I did appreciate it when Canada Post offices had recycling bins to get rid of the unwanted mail. That was a corporate decision, no reflection on this outlet. Glad to have this convenient location in Azilda.

Sent an item xpress 2 day from here the same day I sent one from a post office in Sudbury on Notre Dame and the one sent from Sudbury arrived on time promptly and the one from here is somehow delayed. Seem friendly in person but was rude to my other half over the phone when she called and asked. Terrible overall service.

I can't access my mailbox as it opens after I leave for work and closes before I get home

Usually a quick and convenient place but definitely not during December. The only reason for a 4 is because they are insanely understaffed and overworked.
